Generation Wheeljack

Generation - Wheeljack is either a genius or mad or both the same time. I hate how he was potrayed as 'Q' in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. He is the person who is responsible for the creation of the Dinobots as depicted in the G1 animation. Unfortunately; he is dead in the 1986 movie (along with the most of your favorite Autobots). But in our heart; he is still the best Autobot scientist/inventor next to Percerptor.

Wheeljack is a brilliant risk taker, both in his lab and on the road. His inventions are both the cause of and solution to many problems as he pushes the boundaries of science and engineering in his quest for the next big thing. If you read my previous post on Turbo Track; then you might know that Wheeljack was once upon a time my wishlist. Now I finally got him (and that was two years ago). Anyway, he is a repaint of Turbo Tracks. Not much differences except for the paint and livery. I just love the G1 livery that resemble the Alitalia livery. Anyway, I forgot to put him in flight mode as I did with Turbo Tracks (although it was not necessary as I don't remember him having one in G1).

Robot Mode

The one thing that I really don't like about this mold was that he was too short. Was Wheeljack that shorter? Anyway, he has the same transformation as Turbo Tracks except that you don't need to rotate the hip as instructed in Turbo Track manual. Instead of a rocket pods; Wheeljack got those two (I really don't know what it is) but it was suppose to be a mechanical tools and a weapon at the same time. I love the head sculpt though. It resemble G1 Wheeljack animation.

Conclusion

I am fortunate to own him although that his heights really bother me. The same mold has been use for the exclusive TFCC 2012 Runamuck and Over Run. If you love G1; you got to love Wheeljack. And I really cannot wait for the Masterpiece to be released soon by Takara. Until then; save your wallet, keep calm and wait patiently.

30 th Generation - Meet the official fan-made Transformers; Windblade. According to tfwiki.net ; she was officially revealed at the 2013 SDCC (San Diego Comic-Con) after running a few polls from fan. What I love about Windblade was she is the first Autobot female that I ever bought (Yes, I bought Airachnid from TFPrime). I think I forgot that I bought Arcee from TFPrime but sold it before I could ever review or displayed it (in this case, that does not count). CW Powerglide

Combiner Wars - Finally a better looking Powerglide. I can't afford to buy the Classic 2.0 Powerglide; so this would be quite a nice value for your money. Basically, Powerglide is one of the G1 mini-bot (and how I wish that Beachcomber and Seaspray would be redesign). When Hasbro announce Powerglide as a legend class Combiner Wars figure; I was really excited. The new figure is the best looking Powerglide known and identical to his animation counterpart. And the best part; he transform himself into a powerful blaster for the combiners. Here is my review of him.

Construct Bots - Ironhide

Construct-Bots - This will be my first posting on Construct-Bots. I was curious on how Constuct-Bots mechanism work and how it differ from the already established Lego Bionicle/Hero Factory line and the normal Kre-O brick line. Hasbro stated that with Construct-Bots; you don't need to remove the parts to transform from one form to another. As an additional info; this Construct-Bots (CB) Ironhide is not my first CB. That would be Starscream and I will review it when the time comes. So here is my review of Ironhide.
