Dark of the Moon - I have my eyes on this figure for a very long time. Just like the rest of the 'unique' Cyberverse figure I have collected; Powerglide is a must since he is from the G1 cartoon series. The only G1 classic that I need to collect next on my wishlist is Warpath. Well here is what I think about Powerglide.
Bio
Human pilots have traveled thousands of miles just to study the moves POWERGLIDE executes in midair. His acrobatic aerial accomplishments impress all who see them – friend and enemy alike. His skill is the only thing that has kept him alive, since his light armor makes him a soft target for his DECEPTICON foes.
Vehicle Mode
When I first posted this picture in Facebook; people thought that this was the Universe/Classic 2.0 version. But the fact was this is actually the Cyberverse version. It still maintain the same livery and color like the original G1 version. To be honest, I really love A10 and I do wish to see it in the movie adaptation. It would be cool if Autobot has the upper hand in air supremacy battle against Starscream.
Alternate Mode
Powerglide maintain the looks of it G1 counterpart. It looks and feel like the original Powerglide. My only complain was the leg part as it was too skinny. The transformation process was not that hard. I don't even need the instruction manual to guide me. The only thing you need to be aware was the wings part. There are a few slide and place mechanism to ensure the wings sit properly. I love the weapon system where as the missile are combined and become one big fraggin gun (or missile). Like any Cyberverse figure, articulation is limited here. If you are a fan of G1 Powerglide; you might want to get him. Or else you can always get the Ultra Class Universe/Classic Powerglide in 3 different color combination (white/red, red and black livery).
