Hari Raya Gathering at Haulbot HQ

Haulbot HQ - Sorry for the late posting. I have been busy finishing my Gundam for the first Brunei Plamo Group Trial Competition. I do have a few haul this month. That includes ROTF Sideways, Evac and Swerve (a repaint version of Sideswipe). Well, Hari Raya was almost at its end and we have been planning to go to one of our most dedicated Transformers collectors in Brunei Toys Collection Group - Haulbot (a codename we used for him as he sell the rarest Transformer that are no more available in the Brunei market).

There are a few members who came that night. There was Bossbot Toto, Hj Sufri, Amir Sharidan, Henshembot Putera Jazz, Melo Idk and friends, Redzuan Sa, Sham Hj Besar, Azman, another member which I really did not remember his name and lastly Jimmy Invistigoth. Thanks to Haulbot for the warm welcome and for the lovely food. We also managed to grab a few loots from him. Mine was these below:

Generation Windblade

30 th Generation - Meet the official fan-made Transformers; Windblade. According to tfwiki.net ; she was officially revealed at the 2013 SDCC (San Diego Comic-Con) after running a few polls from fan. What I love about Windblade was she is the first Autobot female that I ever bought (Yes, I bought Airachnid from TFPrime). I think I forgot that I bought Arcee from TFPrime but sold it before I could ever review or displayed it (in this case, that does not count). Well, I really like her appearance and here is my review of her figure.

Expressive Art Convention Brunei - Gundam Exhibition

EACon Brunei - Honestly, I am not a big fan of Gundam. But I do love the creative things that some collectors are willing to do beyond the stock paint and decal. Some are very quite amazing compared to the normal stock version. The ability to customized a Gundam model (or GunPla) is beyond imagination and limitless compared to a Transformers figure. Well just look at the pictures and judge it by yourself (Pictures make take a while to load, so please be patient).

EACon Brunei - Cosplay, a rather interesting pop-culture that is now spreading like peanut butter on a sandwich. I am astound to found out that cosplay had become a sensation particularly for teenagers. Not just that, I also found out that most of them make a good effort by trying to match exactly as their anime or video game character counterpart. Well, just have a look and see what I mean.
