Galvatron

Universe Classic 2.0 - Galvatron; I remember him fondly from the 1984 Transformers movie. In the movie, Megatron was badly injured and Starscream had betrayed him. In the mutiny; Starscream and the rest of the Decepticon managed to overthrow Megatron to endless space. It was Unicron who revive him and later change Megatron into Galvatron. An upgraded version of Megatron. But in this toy review; instead of changing into a big purple cannon, Galvatron is a tank.

Bio

Born from the fires of Unicron himself, Galvatron is a focal point of power and madness given form. He is blind to all but his lust for power; his whims and desires can be sacrificed in a moment's rage. Not even his own subordinates are safe. Though he is not beyond the capacity for long-term goals, it is his unpredictability and his casual disregard for any and all life that strike such horror in friend and foe alike. Truly, the Decepticon leader is without any sense of empathy.

Galvatron was once Megatron, but was reborn from his death throes in a Faustian pact with Unicron. He retains the memories and spark of Megatron, but his personality was significantly altered after the near-death experience, massive physical upgrade, and reprogramming; just ask Starscream about the difference. And all that was before he went insane. The cause and extent of Galvatron's madness varies between different timelines, as does his physical power. Sometimes he's all but invincible.

Vehicle Mode

Yes, Galvatron is a tank in this Universe 2.0 version. He became a vehicle and quite frankly, looks like a knight in shining armor. His tank form is quite impressive with small details that really stand out. The only problem this vehicle mode was it is a dull white color with transparent orange cannon. I prefer the original gray colored model or the Henkei version (with silver metallic paint). This white version is just not really amazing to me. Felt like my white PlayStation 3. All shiny and everything.

Transformation Mode

One word - loose. It is one hell of a loose model. Although the transformation is intermediate; to me it is very hard. Although loose parts really annoying. Even when transforming into vehicle mode, I have to read the instruction carefully. It is very hard for this model to stand up really straight. Due to the heavy backpack and the not so stable articulation; it can be annoying to just make it stand straight. Luckily, the detail of this model is very good. It got that sinister look and almost identical to the G1 counterpart. The cannon work very excellent and have a nice attack range whether in robot mode or vehicle mode. If not because of the loose parts, this model might be great. But if you are a collectors, I prefer that you will not open the package.

Generation Windblade

30 th Generation - Meet the official fan-made Transformers; Windblade. According to tfwiki.net ; she was officially revealed at the 2013 SDCC (San Diego Comic-Con) after running a few polls from fan. What I love about Windblade was she is the first Autobot female that I ever bought (Yes, I bought Airachnid from TFPrime). I think I forgot that I bought Arcee from TFPrime but sold it before I could ever review or displayed it (in this case, that does not count). Well, I really like her appearance and here is my review of her figure.

AoE Evolution Pack - Optimus Prime

Age of Extinction - Sorry for the late update. Been busy with life and collecting some masterpiece along the way. This double pack caught my eyes because of the classic/henkei mold. I already have the AoE Evasion Optimus (but never did review it); so here is my chance to review it all at once.
