Activators: Bumblebee

Activators - Actually this Transformers is not mine. This is own by my two years old nephew that I bought for him a few months ago. I also bought him the Activators Optimus Prime version before but I do not know where he kept it. I 'borrowed' his toy just for the sake of this review. Anyway, this is an amazing piece of toy and really suitable for children. With the click of a single button, it can easily transform from vehicle to robot mode.

Bio

Speed, stealth and power are the three words by which Bumblebee lives his life. His vehicle mode is built to be as fast as possible, while he trains constantly in robot mode to be silent and strong. He may not be the biggest Autobot there is, but he's definitely one of the best.

Spring into action with this quick conversion vehicle-to-robot hero! With just the press of a button, this mighty Bumblebee figure changes from Camaro concept car vehicle mode to robot mode through spring-loaded action. Convert him back to vehicle mode and push the button to convert him to robot mode again and again as the robot battles rage on!

Vehicle Mode

The Activators version of Bumblebee is almost identical to the deluxe model. The only differences is the paint scheme and the Activators is a bit bulky. The livery is the same but there are some paint that are missing and the windscreen is painted (much like the 'paint stuck' Rodimus).

Transformation Mode

If this model was very hard, then I would not even bother to buy this for my nephew in the first place. All you have to is push the 'Activators' button and it will immediately pops-up and transform. The instruction were simple but you need to be careful not to accidentally push the 'Activators' button while transforming it back to vehicle mode. It is quite an easy steps, even for those non Transformers fan or collectors will have no problem transforming it. For parents, this is a very nice gift for your children.

Generation Windblade

30 th Generation - Meet the official fan-made Transformers; Windblade. According to tfwiki.net ; she was officially revealed at the 2013 SDCC (San Diego Comic-Con) after running a few polls from fan. What I love about Windblade was she is the first Autobot female that I ever bought (Yes, I bought Airachnid from TFPrime). I think I forgot that I bought Arcee from TFPrime but sold it before I could ever review or displayed it (in this case, that does not count). Well, I really like her appearance and here is my review of her figure.

Expressive Art Convention Brunei - Gundam Exhibition

EACon Brunei - Honestly, I am not a big fan of Gundam. But I do love the creative things that some collectors are willing to do beyond the stock paint and decal. Some are very quite amazing compared to the normal stock version. The ability to customized a Gundam model (or GunPla) is beyond imagination and limitless compared to a Transformers figure. Well just look at the pictures and judge it by yourself (Pictures make take a while to load, so please be patient).

Expressive Art Convention Brunei - The Cosplay Artist

EACon Brunei - Cosplay, a rather interesting pop-culture that is now spreading like peanut butter on a sandwich. I am astound to found out that cosplay had become a sensation particularly for teenagers. Not just that, I also found out that most of them make a good effort by trying to match exactly as their anime or video game character counterpart. Well, just have a look and see what I mean.
